2014 New England School of Best Practices in Addiction Treatment
The New England School of Best Practices in Addiction Treatment will take place from August 25 - 28, 2014 at the Waterville Valley Resort in Waterville Valley, NH. The School is a four-day intensive experience for participants to further their knowledge, skills, and experience in the field of addiction treatment, recovery, prevention, and intervention services through in-depth coursework. While open to all, these courses are designed for professionals with at least five years of experience.
This event offers training on evidence-based and promising approaches specific to addressing addiction and is designed with the seasoned professional in mind. The courses offered are intended to appeal to a wide array of professionals working in diverse settings. In addition to clinical and clinical supervision topics, ourses offerings this year will again address macro area of addiction practice such as fiscal oversight and developing effective management skills.
