Jan 01, 1970 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM
Supervision of others requires skill development. Peer and non-peer staff who bolster peer support workers must acquire new knowledge and skills to supervise effectively. This two-part webinar series will introduce principles and models of peer supervision. Each webinar participant will be encouraged to create a draft action plan for implementing effective supervision of peer workers in a manner that will optimize their skills and experience. The webinar will be interactive and invite the participation of attendees.
