Promoting Health Equity through the Massachusetts’ Prevention and Wellness Trust Fund Webinar

This webinar will highlight the work that lead to the passing of the Prevention and Wellness Trust Fund in July 2012 by the Massachusetts Legislature, to challenge communities across the state to reduce health care costs by preventing chronic conditions and addressing health disparities. The Trust supports community-based partnerships including municipalities, healthcare systems, businesses, regional planning organizations, and schools that lead to research-based interventions.
