Progreso Latino Wellness/Prevention - Annual Community Health Fair

Progreso Latino Wellness/Prevention department is pleased to invite you to attend the Annual Community Health Fair featuring May Breakfast sponsored by the Wyatt Detention Center/ Aramark food service.

This year’s event will highlight diabetes, Dr Joe Diaz of Memorial Hospital and a special  guest  will discuss the important of diabetes testing  monitoring, healthy  food choices  etc.

This will be a great opportunity for Central Falls residents to know the programs and resources available in the community. The Central Falls residents will be able to receive free screenings such as blood pressure, glucose, body fat analysis, nutrition information and much more. Over 300 people are expected to attend this exciting event!
