Jan 01, 1970 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM
Sustainability is a key component of any successful project. It is the continued, consistent implementation of effective prevention policies, strategies, and practices. Ideally, sustainability is a part of any planning process or program from the very beginning, adaptable to changes in funding, leadership and community structure. It is an uncertain time and even more essential now for coalitions committed to population health to be innovative, flexible, and nimble while still promoting their core mission. During this training, participants will be introduced to the many facets of sustainability including identifying community assets, sustaining strategies and outcomes, and coalition infrastructure.
