Jan 01, 1970 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM
At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:
- Formulate the theoretical clinical construct and dynamic of transference specifically within the context of a child/adolescent’s developmental psychological traumatic (caretaking) history.
- Formulate the theoretical clinical construct and dynamic of countertransferrence specifically within the context of a child/adolescent developmental psychological traumatic history.
- Synthesize a clinical framework of countertransference themes and dynamics into the current treatment process with the child/adolescent. The interpersonal impact on his/her relational future emanating from the trauma will be explored.
