Youth Mental Health First Aid Training

Youth Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based training that, like CPR training, helps a person with no clinical training assist someone in crisis. The goal is to help support the person until appropriate professional help arrives. Mental health first aiders will learn common mental health challenges for youth, adolescent development overview, and a 5-step action plan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations. Certification and manual are included.
