SUMMARY:Problem Gambling: Training of Trainers
DESCRIPTION:This course introduces participants to the components necessary to conduct a successful training. Its focus is on the skills and attitudes needed to be a trainer. It concentrates specifically on such major aspects of training\, such as Adult Leaning Approaches\, Ice Breakers\, and Dealing with Differences\, How to handle difficult question\, etc.  The participant will also gain a general knowledge of common mistakes and fears in training\, as well as\, the importance of being prepared for training. This is a very extensive course and requires all participants to be interactive in all aspects of the training. \nThere will be a follow up component to this training. Participants will need to have one of the instructors sit in on a minimum of two (2) trainings they facilitate in order to receive follow up feedback on an actual training. \nPrerequisite(s):  Completion of the Problem Gambling Academy or Gambling Certification or Endorsement \nDates: March 27\, April 3\, 10\, 24 and May 1\, 2020 \nFor more information and to register\, click here.
