SUMMARY:Suicide Prevention: Why Means Matter
DESCRIPTION:This workshop will introduce participants to the topic of means matter as it relates to suicide prevention. The concept of putting space and time between an individual expressing thoughts of suicide and the means by which they may be thinking of to act on those thoughts will be discussed.  Particular focus will be placed on the most prevalent means of suicide in the US\, fire arms and how communities and practitioners can join together around the common ground of safety. \nRegister here.
