SUMMARY:2023 Syndemic Solutions Summit
DESCRIPTION:The 2023 inaugural Syndemic Solutions Summit\, designed by UMKC’s Collaborative to Advance Health Services\, will explore the federal government’s approach to the intersecting epidemics of HIV\, viral hepatitis\, substance use disorders\, sexually transmitted infections\, and more. The Summit will bring together leaders from government\, community\, and research to amplify the importance of inclusive\, equitable\, systems-level approaches to ending these epidemics. \nHost: The Syndemic Solutions Summit is being hosted by the Collaborative to Advance Health\nServices (CAHS) that is housed within the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) School of\nNursing and Health Studies. \nCost: There is a nominal $100 fee registration. This fee will cover participants CEUs and\ncontinental breakfast and boxed lunch on 7/26/23. Any registrants attending on behalf of federal\ngrants will deduct breakfast and lunch from the daily per diem as required by federal grants.
