DESCRIPTION:Audiences do not nee to see Act 1 to understand Act 2. \nCommissioned by Trinity Repertory Company\, Act 2 follows Sam\, recently release from an inpatient addition treatment program as we pull up a seat beside her in outpatient group therapy. \nThrough the stories that unfold inside the group\, we’re exposed to the successes o recovery and the heartbreak of relapse and fin the intimate space that exists between therapist and patient\, patient and peer\, and patient and disease. \nPlay runs 60 minutes\, followed by a 20-minute talk-back with the playwright and cast. Cast members are professional actors with a direct personal experience with addiction.
