Addressing the Complex World of Personality Disorders

A personality disorder is a way of thinking, feeling and behaving that deviates from the expectations of the culture, causes distress or problems functioning, and lasts over time. Common to all personality disorders is a long-term pattern of behavior and inner experience that differs significantly from what is expected.
This half day training will review the 10 DSM5 Personality Disorders and discuss the criteria for identification and treatment of the five most common using evidenced based treatment modalities.
