The Tri-Ethnic Center for Prevention Research at Colorado State University has produced this guidance document and handbook to guide the efforts of community groups, coalitions or task forces as they assess the level of readiness of their community and key stakeholders to undertake community change. RI Partnership for Success communities are required to use this tool to assess community readiness and various levels of readiness among key stakeholder groups.
