Annual Evaluation Report

Community Research & Services Team, August 2018

The purpose of this report is to provide an annual evaluation summary of the work completed by the Community Research and Services Team (CRST) at the University of Rhode Island (URI) for BHDDH. The CRST holds a cooperative agreement with BHDDH for evaluation of the following three projects included in this report:

  1. Regional Prevention Task Forces (RPTF) RFP#7550738
  2. Rhode Island Student Assistance Services/Project Success (RFP#7574929)
  3. Rhode Island Prevention Resource Center (RIPRC)
