Improving Access to Children’s Mental Health Care: Lessons from a Study of Eleven States

The Center for Health and Health Care In Schools, 2013
This is the second in a series of studies that report on strategies to sustain children’s mental health services and prevent the onset of problems behavior. The first paper “Developing a Business Plan for Sustaining School Mental Health Services”, examines three case studies in which local communities partnered with state agencies to support school-connected services. Future papers will focus on the mechanism and politics of building long-term support for mental health promotion and illness prevention services in schools.
