This is the second training session in a two-part series hosted by PTTC. Participants will learn how to apply existing data sources and tell a cohesive prevention story while supporting continuous quality improvement. Participants are encouraged to bring a logic model, your student survey, a strategic plan or data to the session.

Learning Objectives:

• Define key terms introduced in Session #1 (including, short-, intermediate-, long-term outcomes, outputs, and process and outcome measures)
• Align youth survey data, logic models, and outcome data to support evaluation, reporting, and sustainability efforts
• Utilize tools and resources to track outcomes annually and overtime.
