RI-PREVCON is a statewide prevention conference that focuses on the most current issues and information related to substance use prevention and mental health promotion, utilizing evidence-based strategies to reduce risk factors and enhance the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities.

This year’s conference will be provided by both the RI Governor’s Council on Behavioral Health’s Prevention Advisory Committee and the Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities & Hospitals (BHDDH), which will be held on May 15th, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, RI.
