Parent Survey

This is an annual survey administered in the East Bay to parents of middle and high school students during school open houses in the fall. Anyone who completes a paper survey can also enter a raffle for a gift certificate to a local restaurant. Results are used to guide programming and messaging and to track successes. A few questions are changed each year to reflect new initiatives.
