Community members have outlined what it means to be
“a good neighbor”. The St. Johnsbury Community HUB
(or HUB) has adopted these principles as expectations
for those engaging with supported spaces and when
participating out in the community. These Agreements or
principles are outlined for everyone, volunteers, partners
and community members, at the start of any activity,
reviewed even when already familiar with them.
Everyone is reminded to uphold these agreement to the
best of their abilities.
This manual presents a scaffolding that is flexible, not
prescriptive. There is a built in baseline for users to refer
to as they invite community asset exploration. This is
about engagement and connection
