A major trend in bars right now deals with the ongoing growing popularity non-alcoholic drinks. In the spirit of this, The Stay Anchored Non-Alcoholic Creative Cocktail Competition is a great opportunity for local restaurants to be creative and give their customers a refreshing option called DryDockers!
Kathy Gardner, Project Coordinator for the South County Prevention Coalition’s Partnerships for Success Grant, joined the Rhode Show team to further discuss this campaign. The winning entry created by RASA’s mixologist was the Annanda, a drink made with fresh pineapple juice, roasted coriander, red chilies, flavored honey syrup, lime juice and crushed pink peppercorn!
