The Rhode Island Department of Health invites educators, school nurses, administrators, social workers, school physicians, and allied professionals supporting school health to the 2020 RI School Health Conference.

The Conference attendees will learn from a public health team approach to address emerging priorities in sexual health, substance use, and vaping. For each of the priority areas, conference attendees will:

• Improve their knowledge of the current RI landscape impacting youth and schools
• Gain greater understanding of promising practices implemented in schools
• Identify opportunities for schools to develop policy, programming, and engage in systems of support
• Access an diverse array of supportive resources for school professionals and students
