This is the third session in the three-part series, UNPACKING THE SBIRT MODEL IN SUBSTANCE USE PREVENTION, hosted by PTTC. Participants will learn about the Brief Intervention (BI) component of SBIRT (screening, brief intervention, and referral to treatment) which uses core communication skills to incite a person’s motivation to address and reduce unhealthy levels of substance use or other at-risk behavior.
