This free family event will be held on International Overdose Awareness Day in memory of those who’ve lost their life from substance use and in support of those who struggle with addiction or are in recovery. This event will begin at the East Bay Recovery Center (31 Railroad Ave. Warren), and participants will walk to Saint Mary of the Bay Church for a candlelight vigil, immediately followed by a reception at the East Bay Recovery Center.
