Trauma-Informed Care & Employee Wellness

In this training you will learn what trauma-informed care is, how it supports employee wellness, and how to implement it in the workplace. A workplace that adapts a trauma-informed approach is better able to recognize and respond to the signs of trauma in their employees, and thus promote policies and practices that create a safe, healthy, supportive, and inclusive work environment for everyone.

Objectives:

At the end of this webinar participants should be able to:

1. Define TIC and understand what it looks like in relation to Workforce Wellness/Wellbeing
2. Become familiar with the basics of trauma, from what it is to how it affects employees in the workplace.
3. Identify TIC skills and strategies you can begin to implement in your workplace right away
