An overview of the ASAM Criteria with a focus on guidelines and assessing level of function. Introduction to level of risk using a 0-4 rating. Utilizing guidelines to assist in placing clients in Addiction programs at the appropriate level of care. Participants will learn criteria to assist them in identifying factors that contribute to high risk/imminent danger to patients and need for emergent care.
