This course introduces participants to the components necessary to conduct a successful training. Its focus is on the skills and attitudes needed to be a trainer. It concentrates specifically on such major aspects of training, such as Adult Leaning Approaches, Ice Breakers, and Dealing with Differences, How to handle difficult question, etc.  The participant will also gain a general knowledge of common mistakes and fears in training, as well as, the importance of being prepared for training. This is a very extensive course and requires all participants to be interactive in all aspects of the training.

There will be a follow up component to this training. Participants will need to have one of the instructors sit in on a minimum of two (2) trainings they facilitate in order to receive follow up feedback on an actual training.

Prerequisite(s):  Completion of the Problem Gambling Academy or Gambling Certification or Endorsement
