The City of Providence Department of Housing & Human Services’ United Youth Subcommittee invites you to PVD Talks: A Youth Substance Use Prevention Town Hall Meeting Saturday February 8, 2025 10am at the Elmwood Community Center, 155 Niagara St. Providence

This important event will bring together community members to discuss strategies for reducing teenage use of alcohol, tobacco/nicotine, and ENDS (Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems). Our goal is to share knowledge, learn from one another, and collaborate on practical solutions to support healthier futures for our youth.
