The Rhode Island Certification Board will present a workshop on the certification process for professionals seeking certification as drug and alcohol counselors, prevention specialists, clinical supervisors, criminal justice addictions professionals, co-occurring disorders professionals, recovery specialists and more. If you’ve ever wondered what certification is all about and have wanted some straight answers, now is your chance!

This informative workshop  is free of charge and will consist of an overview of credentials offered by RICB including initial requirements, examinations, and re-certification. Time will be allotted for questions and answers and materials/applications will be distributed to attendees.
