RIPRC’s Advanced Prevention Training for Supervisors – Session 3

Save the date and register for the third session of the RIPRC’s Advanced Prevention Training for Supervisors training series. This training will be held on 4/17/23 from 1:00-3:00 pm via Zoom. Register here.
Description:
Participants will gain skills in understanding the supervision needs of prevention specialists as it relates to their personal growth in the field of substance use prevention. This training is particularly beneficial for supervisors who are not prevention specialists themselves. Please note, you are not required to attend all sessions in this training series in order to participate – please register for the sessions that work for you!
Learning Objectives:
1) Identify at least 2 ways of diversifying the prevention workforce.
2) Identify at least 2 ways of building and/or sustaining the prevention workforce.
3) Write 1 SMART goal I have related to my role as a supervisor.
