This presentation is targeted towards behavioral health professionals seeking alternative treatment modalities to effectively work with patients who have experienced trauma. This training will explore the impact sensory based treatment, art therapy, and speech and language intervention have on one’s ability to process traumatic experiences. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in various therapeutic experiences on their way to filling their trauma toolbox.
