This course will introduce the participant to the history of medication-assisted treatment in the United States, and will provide and overview of the three medications currently FDA approved for the treatment of opioid use disorder. This training will also include a discussion of the changes in the laws regarding the treatment of opioid use disorder, and the implications for the treatment system.

Please Note: A pre-test is required to be taken before the training. In order to receive a training certificate, each participant must complete a post-test, and training evaluation within ten (10) days of completing the training.  Instructions will be provided to the email address that you register with.
