This training will provide participants with a detailed review of 42 CFR Part 2, and a summative overview of HIPAA and other relevant State and Federal confidentiality statutes and healthcare reporting/ data sharing mandates; with a special focus on the legal and ethical reconciliation of these various laws and regulations. This workshop will also include a discussion of the changes in existing privacy practices that have emerged and will continue to evolve given the two recently published revisions to 42 CFR Part 2.

Please Note: A pre-test is required to be taken before the training. In order to receive a training certificate, each participant must complete a post-test, and training evaluation within ten (10) days of completing the training.  Instructions will be provided to the email address that you register with.
