These are slides of the RIPRC Leadership and Community Engagement Grounded in Equity Training, presented by Haner Hernandez on February 26, 2025. This training engaged participants in describing what leadership currently looks like in the prevention field, and what we need to do individually and collectively to support leadership development grounded in equity. Moreover, participants learned strategies and techniques for community engagement and collaboration. This training also explored the development of disparities and the need to lead with sustainable equity grounded in justice.
