This is a recording of the RIPRC’s Ethics and Risk Management in School Settings Training. This training was presented by Dr. Prachi Kene on February 16th, 2023. This webinar provides an overview of the ethical decision-making process and risk management when responding to dilemmas encountered by clinicians in a school setting. The webinar includes a review of issues of consent and privacy as they apply to minor clients, and special emphasis is placed on risk management strategies in the delivery of telebehavioral health services. The webinar concludes with a brief discussion of ethical considerations when working with a diverse student body.
