While exploring the teen’s bedroom you will learn to spot signs of possible substance use. Room décor, hidden compartments, clothing and items are located in the room to conceal substance misuse and other risky behaviors. Finding signs in your teen’s room does not always mean your teen is engaging in risky behaviors but it can be the start of a constructive conversation.
