Southern Providence County Regional Coalition, April 2021
The Southern Providence County Regional Prevention Coalition is sponsoring a new text messaging program for parents in the region called Know the Buzz. This is a free service offering parents tips to talk with their youth about mental health and substance use prevention. Keeping up to date on these important subjects is a crucial part of helping youth navigate their way through middle and high school. Since parents are very busy, the messaging is short and easy to read. Parents can text the town they live in to 401-258-7876 or scan the QR code to opt into this free service for tips to talk with youth about mental health and substance use prevention.
